How it Works?
1. Select a Property
After looking through all of the properties we have available, decide which one you'd like. Click on the "buy now" button and complete the $50 processing fee (not an extra cost, will apply to total purchase price).
2. Fill Out Information
You will receive an email asking for personal information, confirmation of the property you'd like to buy, if you would like to finance or pay cash, and other information. Reply back ASAP with this info!
3. Sign Purchase Agreement
A purchase agreement will be sent out if you're paying cash. If you're financing, a purchase agreement and seller financing addendum will be sent to you. Review and sign and return documents back to us.
4. Closing Process
Once the purchase agreement and the seller financing addendum (if you're financing the property) is signed, we will send those documents to either the title company or real estate attorney for closing! We as the company (MMC-LAND) can also prepare the documents if you choose to go that route for $250 (this fee is separate and will not go towards the purchase price of the land)
5. Wait to Finish Closing & Enjoy the Property
Once we send out the necessary documents to either the title company or real estate attorney, we wait until they tell us how much closing costs will be. Once both parties send the amount needed from them and notaries have completed, you are free to enjoy the property!
